We work with other organizations to reduce suicide
and suicidal behavior in the United States. To carry
out our mission, our objectives are to:
 increase
professional and community competence in assessing risk
and intervening with
suicidal individuals
build public awareness that suicidal behavior can
be prevented
increase understanding and use of risk and protective
factors for suicide.

Developing
and running programs that address systemic issues through
contracts with
program partners
 Working directly with organizations and coalitions focusing
on suicide prevention to build public awareness, to
foster organizations’ engagement with the issue,
and to develop a New Hampshire state plan.
In addition, the Partnership supports a few programs
through grants.
